About courses

I don’t know if I am the only one, but I have difficulties to keeping up with all the courses – when they start and where to find the information. So maybe we could help eachother on this part?

The Visual Knowledge Building started last Friday in Helsinki at UIAH. Apparently Stefan has e-mailed about this (?). The next lecture is today at 16-17.30 (Finnish time), room 6036A.

Does anyone know when the Rotterdam courses start and where we can find information about them?

    Visual Knowledge Building 2 is every Friday, and there is an essay due “sometime towards the end of April”.

    Yesterday’s lecture was Iconic Turn – Iconic Clash, and the slides for this and the other lectures will be available online “soon”.

    The class yesterday consisted of me and six young women whom I had never met before in my life. I like surprises :)

    I was also surprised to find out from Owen that the course had started. I had the impression that the project we are doing during this spring would be the course Visual Knowledge Building 2.

    Maybe the course dates were in Mimerdesk, which I haven’t checked for a long time now. :) But the information didn’t come by email.

    …which is why I am suggesting that we explore the benefits of RSS as a group that is too busy to go hunting around for information that might or might not be there. Much better to have it arrive on your browser or in your inbox – which is how I got to know that you posted a reply a few minutes ago
